“Since 2004, testing by water utilities has found 315 pollutants in the tap water Americans drink, according to an Environmental Working Group (EWG) drinking water quality analysis of almost 20 million records obtained from state water officials. More than half of the chemicals detected are not subject to health or safety regulations and can legally be present in any amount. The federal government does have health guidelines for others, but 49 of these contaminants have been found in one place or another at levels above those guidelines, polluting the tap water for 53.6 million Americans. The government has not set a single new drinking water standard since 2001. Water utilities spend 19 times more on water treatment chemicals every year than the federal government invest in protecting lakes and rivers from pollution in the first place. Based on these data, EWG believes the federal government has a responsibility to do a national assessment of drinking water quality. It should establish new safety standards, set priorities for pollution prevention projects, and tell consumers about the full range of pollutants in their water.” Taken From EWG Drinking Water Quality Analysis and Tap Water Database www.ewg.org
The purity of water is an important topic. As you can see from this recent article from the Environmental Working Group, our world’s water source has not remained pure. We have all sorts of concerns about the chemicals/pharmaceuticals that make it into our water. I have had an amazing experience with one local source of water that I thought was worth mentioning. Years ago a physician friend of mine told me of a source of water in Rawlins Colorado approximately a 2 hour drive from here. It is called Wide Awake Spring on Uncle Charlie’s Ranch. The area is surrounded by mining but because the water is protected it is untouched by radiation, acid rain, nuclear fallout and other pollutants. It is a rare source of pure living water. The living water will make your cells of your body permeable again which release many toxins and allow more nutrients to be absorbed. Because of its’ molecular structure it provides maximum hydration. The water is ancient, according to hydrologist it could be approximately 30,000 years old. Wideawake spring comes from a unique and rare granite quartzite formation called water rock. The rock filters the water before it reaches the surface giving the purest, natural water available. Water rock is very rare. This water is an ancient source that is a gift from our old pure earth. Years ago, when I first heard of this water I said I would try it on 10 of my sickest patients. To mention a few, the cases included: cancer, chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, arthritis, multiple chemical sensitivities, addictions, and patients that needed emotional or spiritual clarification. We are 70% water so I knew this could be like a transfusion to patients, both physically and spiritually. It is similar to how people feel when they have a pure diet, like living food. Some patients really did feel the detoxification. Many patients feel clarity. If part of their illness is transformation that is needed, the water seems to magnify the clarity. Things in people’s lives become clearer. I witnessed serious transformations and life changes for some of the patients, including job changes and divorces. Before I gave the water to patients, I had CSU water lab do and analysis. The CSU lab as well as three independent labs have all determined that this water has a perfect PH of 7.0 as well as having the lowest dissolved solid parts per million of any known water. Because of this, the water hydrates, cleanses and rejuvenates. If the patients had gone through lots of chemotherapy or radiation, the water clearly helped them detox. I can report now that the original 10 patients are all well. My most amazing case is a case study I would like to present in the future. She is a patient that has had cancer, including lymphoma and then squamous cell cancer, for my whole career. She is now cancer free for 4 years. With cancer I do many things beside the water, but the water was part of her healing and changing her internal terrain. I tell patients my experience with drinking the water is not just physical cleansing but also mental clarity. It changes me; sometime faster than my co-workers or family wants. When I drink it, I have homeopathic doses like a few glasses a day. My body never wants to toxify with bad food or alcohol when I am drinking the water. Recently I have witnessed it helping my patients with addictions. I recommend patients investigate this web site further and maybe consider a field trip up to the source.
